1. Prepare the Motorcycle:
Remove the seat and the saddlebags.
If needed for mid-frame strip placement: Remove the gas tank (see gas tank removal steps below).

Remove the tank dash (using a 5/32 Allen wrench and 3/8 socket).
Remove the two rear tank bolts and the two side tank bolts (after removing the rubber boot and using Torx 40 screws).
Place a towel under the fuel line connection.
Disconnect the fuel line (by pulling up the collar).
3. LED Strip Placement (The video uses):
Two short strips on the front fender.
Two medium strips along the frame under the gas tank.
One long strip along the inside frame rail.

Use a 3/16 Allen wrench to remove the battery hold-down screws.
Remove the computer board (by opening the side tabs).
Disconnect the negative and positive battery terminals.
Connect the underglow kit's positive and negative terminals to the battery.
5. Connect to Brake Light:
Use a posi-tap connector to tap into the OEM brake light wire.
This will make all underglow lights turn red when the brakes are applied.
Reconnect the OEM wiring connection.
6. Function Test:
Temporarily connect the lights and test all functions with the remote to ensure everything is working correctly (colors, effects, brake light function).
The "D" button turns the lights on/off, "A" changes colors, "B" and "C" change effects.
7. Install Front Fender Lights:
Clean the fender surface.
Peel off the adhesive backing of the LED strip and press it firmly into place.
Tuck the wire in and secure it with tape.
Install the second light.

Use stick-on zip tie clamps to secure the wires, leaving some slack for fork movement.

Carefully plan the placement of the mid-frame strips, considering gas tank coverage.
A good starting point is 4-5 inches in front of the gas tank's rear mounting holes.
Install the LED strips.

Use the longest LED strip for the saddlebag support.
Install the LED strip.
11. Final Testing:
Once all lights are installed and wired, test all functions again with the remote to ensure proper operation.
Verify the brake light function.
12. Reassemble Motorcycle:
Reinstall the gas tank (if removed), the saddlebags. and the seat.
