I understand the charges on my credit card will appear under the name of "HOGWORKZ", I further authorize HOGWORKZ to maintain my credit card information in their credit department for future uses at my direction only. I or one of my authorized agents will notify HOGWORKZ with either written or verbal instructions when it is permissible to charge against my credit card. HOGWORKZ will only be authorized to charge against my credit card without my permission if my account becomes delinquent.
