5 3/4” LED Halomaker Headlight Install from (88-CURRENT SPORTSTER & DYNA 15-CURRENT INDIAN SCOUT)

Buzz Free Anti-Interference Design There is no shortage of cheap LED solutions, but saving a penny might net you a buzzing headlight that cripples your bike's radio signal. HOGWORKZ® specifically designed their 5 3/4" LED Headlights to use anti-interference electronics and passive (no hum) cooling. Gain the full advantage of an LED Headlight without losing a radio signal.
1. Trim Ring Removal:
- Locate the screw at the bottom of the headlight trim ring.
- Loosen the screw.
- Carefully pull the headlight and trim ring assembly away from the motorcycle.
2. Unplug the Factory Headlight:
- Disconnect the factory headlight plug from the motorcycle's wiring harness.
- If applicable, disconnect the parking light plug as well.
3. Detach the Trim Ring from the Factory Light:
- Identify the spring-loaded clips around the perimeter of the factory headlight.
- Use a flathead screwdriver to carefully detach these clips.
- Remove the factory headlight from the trim ring.
4. Place HOGWORKZ Headlight in Trim Ring:
- Position the HOGWORKZ Halo Maker LED headlight inside the trim ring.
- Secure the new headlight in place using the same spring-loaded clips that held the factory light.
5. Parking Light Wire Preparation (If Applicable):
- If your motorcycle has a parking light wire, secure the unused factory parking light wire end with electrical tape or heat shrink to prevent electrical shorts.
6. Plug in the HOGWORKZ Light:
- Connect the HOGWORKZ Halo Maker LED headlight plug into the motorcycle's factory headlight wiring harness.
- Note the halo DRL is pre wired to work with both high and low beam, and no splicing is required.
7. Reinstall the Trim Ring:
- Position the trim ring and new headlight assembly back into the motorcycle's headlight housing.
- Secure the trim ring by tightening the screw at the bottom.
