Returns & Exchanges

HOGWORKZ accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Customers may ship return items back via carrier of their choosing. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance. All return and exchange shipments must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) from our support staff. To get started please contact us during normal business hours.

IMPORTANT: All products must be returned in new condition including original box, packaging materials, and all accessories that came with the package. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been modified or mounted, or that have any signs of physical damage within 30 days. If you receive a damaged or defective product please let us know immediately upon receipt. Returned merchandise for any reason other than warranty claims must be in new condition and subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Special Order/Color Match products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are only returnable if they have not been opened or used. We will not accept returns or exchanges on special order / color match orders that have been mounted, installed etc.

Order Cancellation / Modification

HOGWORKZ allows order modification and cancellation until the order has been fully shipped. Most orders ship within 1 business day. If an order needs to be modified or cancelled post-shipment, it can be done at additional shipping cost to the customer.



Price Match Policy

HOGWORKZ enforces a strict Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy amongst its vendors, therefore we do not offer a price-match guarantee. We encourage purchasing HOGWORKZ products through our preferred vendors: J&P Cycles, RevZilla, Dennis Kirk, and all our local dealers. Checkout our dealer page to find a shop near you.



Refund Policy

• HOGWORKZ offers a 30-day money back refund policy. Returned products must be in new, unused condition.

• Once your return is received and inspected by HOGWORKZ, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 7 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

• You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Michigan warehouse.
